It is agreed that the terms set out in the booking form is the total agreement made between the parties and that no variation of modification of this contract shall be effective unless agreed by both parities in writing
I have read this booking form and agree to abide by the terms and conditions of the agreement set out in it. I understand that the terms pf this agreement cannot be changed unless agreed by both parties in writing.
