Welcome to my website and thank you for your interest in reading about me. As you are aware by now my name is Marlene Davies and I have been a professional photographer for over 10 years.

 

I studied in mid west Wales gaining a GNVQ and Diploma in Art and Design, my final year concentrating on Graphics and Lens media.

 

As soon as I completed my studies a local photographer asked if I would work with him, to become his apprentice almost, which allowed me to gain my practical experience. This was an invaluable source of knowledge, and gave me a firm footing in becoming an independent photographer.

 

I set up my own business, and opened a photography studios in Lampeter called Ffoto Studios, which became a wonderful success with a large local customer base.

 

I was married in 1998 and since have had three wonderful children. I am fortunate enough to have a studio at home and travel quite a bit to my client’s own homes and of course weddings.
